Payment:
Currently I only accept payment through PayPal. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to use this function, just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay with a credit card.
Utah Residents will be charged a 6.75% sales tax.
Shipping:
Shipping will be through USPS with Delivery Confirmation. I ship Monday through Friday. In stock items will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. For made to order items please allow up to 7 days for shipment (Unless otherwise stated. Personalized or custom pieces may take longer depending on the nature of the piece. Any adjusted shipping times are noted in the product descriptions.)
If you need rush shipping please contact me before purchase to discuss.
The estimated shipping dates are from the time the payment clears and funds are available. Please note because of the personalized nature of customized items I cannot begin work until the payment has been received and funds have been approved.
Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.
Please allow for extra time for your product to arrive during the Christmas holiday as many carriers experience high volume resulting in longer ship times. Please contact me if you are unsure if your product will arrive on time for a specific date.
**INTERNATIONAL**
If you are an international customer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that your country requires.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from me please contact me within three days of receipt of the item to inquire about refunds/exchanges. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on any sale items, special orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. I cannot accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable and the buyer pays the shipping cost to return the item. I take great care to ensure the quality of my work and because many items are made to order no refunds will be given on personalized items, or requests received after the three day time period expires.
How to return an Item:
To return or exchange an item please contact me to request a return authorization (RA) number. I cannot accept any returns without the RA number. When you receive the RA number you will also receive a return mailing address and instructions for return.
Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Abella Blue is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you received the incorrect product, please contact me to discuss return/exchange options.
**CARE**
Because of the nature of handmade jewelry special care should be taken to ensure the longevity of the piece. Avoid exposure to beauty products such as hairspray or perfume. Remove jewelry when engaging in any athletic activity, showering, or swimming. To avoid/remove tarnish store unworn jewelry in ziplock bag. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, which could cause harm to the gemstones and patina of your piece. Regular cleaning with a silver polishing cloth (avoiding gemstones as much as possible) will keep your piece in good shape and looking great.
All purchases are packaged in a gift box unless otherwise stated.

Repairs / Re-sizing policy:
I work hard to ensure that you will receive a quality piece that will last. If your item is in need of repair because of a construction flaw please contact me immediately for repair/replacement options.
Due to the nature of many of the custom rings that I make they are NOT able to be re-sized. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size when placing the order to avoid getting a ring that does not fit. I offer ring sizers in my shop, or you can get sized by a professional jeweler. Please note that I cannot accept returns of custom rings, so make sure you know what size you need before ordering. Thanks!
