I thought I would share a piece from my initial idea through all its stages of completion. This chevron pendant all began with a lovely black druzy.
- This is my initial sketch. I decided to gussy it up a bit with some markers to share with you.
- Here I have soldered on the bezel for the druzy and the little stone at the top.
- The little chevron detail is made from some square wire. In this step I have soldered them on and am starting to shape the pendant.
- The shaping is all done and the piece is all cleaned up in preparation for setting the stones. Most of my polishing is finished at this point as well.
- Here it is all finished! The stones are set and I chose an oxidized snake chain to finish it off.
This piece was really fun to make and it turned out just as planned. I think I might work on the purple one next. You can find the Chevron Druzy Pendant in my shop soon!
