Please check out my shop policies before completing your purchase :) As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions/requests.

Payment:

My website accepts most major credit cards as well as Paypal. I use Paypal to run all my credit transactions but you do not need a Paypal account to check out with me. I prefer them because they are quick, easy and best of all secure.

Utah Residents will be charged a 6.75% sales tax.

International

If you are an international customer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that your country requires. Unfortunately, because USPS does not guarantee shipping times for international customers, I am not able to either. Each country’s customs department is different and can result in longer than expected ship times.

Please note that I am not able to mark customs items as “gift” as this could result in huge fines and I could loose my ability to ship internationally. Please be aware of your country’s customs before you make an order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your order if you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from me please contact me within 10 days of receipt of the item to inquire about refunds/exchanges/store credits.

Items must be returned with their original packaging in original condition. I cannot accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable and the buyer pays the shipping cost to return the item. I take great care to ensure the quality of my work and because many items are made to order no refunds will be given on personalized items, or requests received after the 10 day time period expires.

Abella Blue is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and if you fear the item may be lost in transit I recommend adding insurance.

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.

Custom Items:

Unfortunately, because these items were made just for you I cannot accept returns on any customized items or special orders. This includes custom sized items such as rings. If you are unhappy with your customized item please contact me within the 10 day time period to discuss your item.

Damaged Items:

If you received your item damaged in the mail please contact me within the 10 day time period and I will give you instructions on how to return the damaged item and will send a replacement.

Regular Items:

If you are unhappy with your item please contact me within the 10 day time period and I will give you instructions on how to return the item and will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item (minus shipping costs).

Care

Because of the nature of handmade jewelry special care should be taken to ensure the longevity of the piece. Avoid exposure to beauty products such as hairspray or perfume. Remove jewelry when engaging in any athletic activity, showering, or swimming. To avoid/remove tarnish store unworn jewelry in a tarnish resistant bag. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, which could cause harm to the gemstones and patina of your piece. Regular cleaning with a silver polishing cloth (avoiding gemstones as much as possible) will keep your piece in good shape and looking great.

All purchases are packaged in a gift box unless otherwise stated.

Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.

Repairs / Re-sizing policy:

I work hard to ensure that you will receive a quality piece that will last. If your item is in need of repair because of a construction flaw please contact me immediately for repair/replacement options.

Due to the nature of many of the custom rings that I make they are NOT able to be re-sized. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size when placing the order to avoid getting a ring that does not fit. I can send a ring sizer free of charge, or you can get sized by a professional jeweler. Please note that I cannot accept returns of custom rings, so make sure you know what size you need before ordering.
