Starburst Labradorite Ring – size 9

Description

This dazzling labradorite gemstone sits in the center of a burst of texture. The hand textured backplate features a burst pattern as well as a hammered frame for the bezel and the outside of the ring. The piece is given a light patina to give it the feel of something old. The wide band has a hammered texture and is finished off with my makers mark. Labradorite is probably my favorite gemstone. The iridescent flashy color reminds me of the cosmos the way the blues and greens swirl together with the golds and purples. This stone is extremely versatile and is definitely one of my daily go to accessories.

This piece is made with Argentium silver. This unique silver alloy is marked .935 (regular sterling is only .925) This means it contains more fine silver than sterling but also has better strength and durability than fine silver. The really special thing about this alloy of silver is that it is much more resistant to tarnish than sterling silver and is made from all recycled or ethically obtained sources.
